I've just started pesams [insert weekly % gain here] game.
Started with £10.00 I'm now sitting at a lofty £13.42.
I have previously never had the patience to play the long game but I'm determined to get there this time, wherever there is.

Sorry, yes. That's the only game I know of. I think you had a 1% gain per week game.
Little and often is the tactic, something I've never had the patience for previously. Although I was thinking of upping the ante in increments dependent on the size of the starting pot as I still don't think my patience will last

1% gain a week is a great target. I tried the 3% originally but failed because there just aren't enough "certainties to keep up with the target and once you fall behind the target the pressure to catch up leads to dodgy betting.
I'll try it again but as the footie season is nearly over I'll leave it until next season as I don't bet on other sports.
I have just done my biggest bet of the season on Barca to qualify for the the final of the CL. If the bet wins I will finish in profit for the season, if the bet loses I will finish down for the first time in over 10 years!
Near enough......8/11. Even with Robben I'd have fancied Barca as I think everything is in their favour.
1. How can anyone stop Neymar, Suarez, Messi and Iniesta
2. Barca at home first; I reckon ANY lead will do them as Munich will have to attack in the 2nd leg leaving them vulnerable at the back i.e. if the first game was at Bayern and they could eek out a win and have something to hold onto I'd be worried.
3. Both teams are in form but barca's recent form is irresistible
4. Robben being out helps although I think he's a fading force anyway.
An early goal is exactly what we needed. Would've preferred Madrid to score, but it's progress.
Good point, but I think Madrid will settle down and score next. I got Ramos next goal at 25/1.
Would've looked better if James hadn't closed his eyes with that header!
