I don't mind him contributing. I don't mind it at all. I like seeing us linked to players.
What i do mind is hansern posting a tweet from someone not on this site, about an article he hasn't written, and has been posted already.
HAnsern could have said " posted an article in the suarez thread about barrat sayign we're after this guy"
But no, he trawled twitter and found a guy who adds no new information.
Why?
THAT is my point. ITs a ludicrous waste of time for hansern to post a completely nothing tweet when he could just post "barrats linked us"
In the Suarez threadSo where is the quote from TB that says we are interested in Bernard?
Not someone saying he said it, that ACTUAL quote?
He works with a partner, Tony HollandFabio, who the fuck is Barratt?

The thought process was explained to you Fabs. The tweet was posted before the full article was available.
But sod it, cant be bothered with it anymore.
You know I love you xoxoxo
Bernard is pretty exciting though. Brazilian, pacey, attacking midfielder/winger and creates and scores goals.
The name is ridiculous but the player could be great.
He'll probably go to Porto but we can at least try to sign him. Cant to much harm.
Thanks."Liverpool, who are monitoring Bernard, the Atletico Mineiro winger, feel they are in a strong position due to Suarez having a further three years remaining on his contract. As expected, they have told him to join up with Rodgers’s squad in Australia before their pre-season friendly match against Melbourne Victory next Wednesday."
From TBs article dated 16th July. Same info that was in the tweet.
Who tweeted it is irrelevant seeing as Barrett was the reference.
I'll keep posting them, and maybe even more now as it annoys you so much.
If you're gonna post twitter rumours about players we probably won't sign just make sure they're all really exciting so I can keep kidding myself that we're gonna win the league
It's not a twitter rumour. It's 'information' passed on by Tony Barrett (and also Chris Bascombe in the Telegraph) via a Twitter user, because the Times itself is behind a paywall.
The worst that he can be accused of is posting a Twitter rumour about Tony Barrett, but I'm not sure even Twitter has reached such a stage of absurdity that people are frequently making up posts about what football journalists have written. That doesn't seem like something we need to guard against yet IMO.
