Pffft, whatever. You'd have to be gay *not* to find him attractive.
He is that, in fact I've got a mate who looks like him.

I'm a Kaka man myself.

Cheers Sheik, but I don't have a lob on. I'm entirely comfortable with my sexuality, but will happily admit that I find Roque Santa Cruz attractive.

some girls also rate fabregas but id agree with you ryan... i think santa cruz wins it

The commentator I had for the City game commented on a rumor that Aquilani has been brilliant in training.

Smicer used to be "brilliant in training" too.

So we're going to win the Champions League this year? Is this what you're implying?

I'm trying, man. I'm trying. Time for another Bond movie, I think. Escapist fare is needed.

I'm at work during the game tomorrow. Not sure if I want to be checking for updates throughout or just be disappointed when I get home.

I wish we still had Biscan.

Just the thought about Aquilani being shite, is so wrong it's beyond absurd. If you ever watched the lad play, you'd know. Comparing him with the purchase of Dossena, well that doesn't even warrant a comment.

Who knows why Benitez won't change a midfield duo that has guided us to 1 win in 10 games, as he said during his press conference last night; Aquilani is competing with two players that are doing very well.

Right.

A stubborn Benitez keeps picking Lucas/Mascherano

I don't think he was serious comparing him Dossena, you know? Apart from that how would you change the midfield duo right now? Gerrard is crocked, Aquilani not fit, Spearing and Plessis not good enough, Alonso is gone, what alternatives does Rafa really have?

If aquilani doesn't play a proper part tonight, I'm going to go to Rafas house and pull up every other flower in his garden, then increase the tyre pressure in three of Montse's tyres and then poo in an envelope and mail it to him second class, but not put enough stamps on it so he has to go to the depot to pay 9p and pick it up.

Haha

*That poo-in-an-envelope thing is downright evil....

I'd like to meet your mate Themn.
Adding the caveat 'i'm comfortable with my sexuality doesn't make it NOT gay to say these things bumdar.

He did this one too.

Amazing what a lazy eye does for you in the pulling stakes

Why would you want to actually play football
I was born with a lazy left eye and I've only pulled 2 or 3 girls like that in my time :-\

Lol @ Ryan hearting Santa Cruz.

I am quiffing somewhat, is Aquilani gonna start tonight or what?

Most definately "what?" - 30 seconds at the end.

Yeah, I got that Dee.

Seriously, what's the point of him? He spends 90mins warming up every game. Why won't he play him?

Aquilani's confidence must be shattered at this point, he sits there watching Lucas every week wondering why the hell Rafa won't bring him on.

that 30 seconds will make all the difference with aquilani pushing for a starting position at the weekend. moronic decision by rafa

Aquilani won't be starting this weekend - it was a time wasting maneuver, designed to ensure we hold onto a 1-0 win as the team has no confidence whatsoever.

I'm with Andy ... My confidence in Rafa is almost shattered.

*Is done with Rafa*
I understand the frustration with Rafa, but tonight is a funny won. If Lyon, something Rafa had no control over, had beat Fiorentina, no one would have been calling for him to be sacked or feel done with him, would they?

Who gives a fuck how long he played. We won the game.

Yeah I'd like to see what he can do for us too, but I like to see us win more, and I don't give a fuck whether that means playing Diego fucking Cavalieri in midfield to ensure it happens.

Anyway, one massive positive from tonight's results...

Aquilani's an absolute CERT to start in the dead rubber against Fiorentina now!

I would not be that confident. If Lucas has a shit game in the weekend. I can see Rafa giving him the entire game to get his confidence back.
