He's a really good defender, he can't kick a ball though, which is a slight draw back. He's solid though and great at one on one defending.
I can't believe he's yet to be penalised for a foul throw. His back foot gets lifted every single time, without fail.
He was flawless today - some massive tackles put in, i actually prefer the defensive stability and basics he gives us - all you people yearning for Enrique's return will soon change your minds when tried to dribble the ball out of the box or meg someone by the corner flag rather than just put his boot through it.
Enrique's an outlet for the CBs in our own half. His confidence on the ball is a much bigger asset to the team than you might believe.
With Cissokho, he'll get the ball, panic, then either pass it back to a CB or DM who'll be under pressure, or aimlessly punt it.
I've seen Enrique get skinned by a winger maybe twice throughout his time with us. Nobody gets past him 1vs1. He's miles, miles better than Cissokho.
Well for all his terrible ability on the ball, he played a brilliant pass to Sterling for his 2nd goal.
I think Enrique's a good solid fullback, but he has his flaws and they're frustrating in their repetitiveness, when he was in the team people were still crying out for us to buy a left back, so he didn't exactly cement his place for the longterm. It just seems fashionable to lay into Cissokho, he's a bit unorthodox but he's nowhere near as bad as some people make out. He's filled in well and we actually look alot more balanced and solid with him and Flanagan at fullback.

Wasn't that Toure?
Yeah it was lol
