Try the Chinese 'White Tea', it might cost you an arm and a leg (for the real stuff, up to £5,000 for 250g !) but it has a delicate, fragrant and unique flavour. I believe you can get 250g for around £20. Worth a try.
Most expensive tea in China (if I'm correct, could be others) is a pu'er that sells at a mind-boggling £2.2M (that's £ and million) a kilo !!! Lots of others in the £50k to £200k a kilo bracket.
