Do you get yours? 5 portions of fruit and veg is whats recommended, as i'm sure you all know. Now, i'm not a great fan of veg so i started munching on 5 portions of fruit a day. Until i read that the amount of sugar in 5 portions of fruit will pretty much take up all my recommended daily sugar intake. You cant bloody win. Even fruit is 'bad' for you now.
