Your top 5 free kick takers for LFC

I can't remember us doing this type of thread before and I can't seem to find any stats about it.
So here goes.
My top 5 based on players playing for us between 1990 and 2019:

Barnes, McAllister, Redknapp, Riise, Suarez, Trent, Gerrard, Coutinho, Murphy, Fowler, Aurelio there are many options.


5. This one was probably the most difficult one, but I'm going with Fowler. We all know about his left foot and he produced some sweet curlers.



4. John Barnes. Another left footed magician. Do I need to say more?



3. Suarez. Yeah he's a cunt, but he was our free kick genius cunt once. Let me remind you:



2. Fabio Aurelio. Left foot again!
If he wasn't made of glass and had a longer career at Liverpool he'd probably be my no.1. In my list, looking at technique and execution, he's probably the best.



"1". Steven Gerrard. He scored 11 free kicks for us in the premiership. Could go for power or curl them in. I got him as my number one because of the numbers.

Interesting list. Coutinho and Murphy could easily been on top 5 but competitions is very hard.

Weird when we consider "great" free-kick takers at Liverpool, but I bet the likes of Berger, Coutinho or even Suarez only scored about 4 or 5 in total.

No one really got a look in when Gerrard was around. I recall Cisse popping a few in, but maybe i'm not remembering properly.
Coutinho was decent when they were close to the box.
