WWIII Return of the Ruskie

The Russians really need to stop installing sloping floors in their buildings.

Zelensky is desperate, he knows Trump wants to find peace and compromise (which would involve compromise either on Nato or borders) and so has a small time window to ramp up his assaults until Trump cuts him off. Can't blame him - but what Biden is doing seems unhinged.

Only mad thing is the US have a 2 month window of a lame duck president each cycle.

Russia brought in NK troops. The wests three options were

Do nothing and seem weak.
Put troops on the ground in retaliation risking all out war
Allow Ukraine to use weapons deeper into enemy territory that they already have.

It's not unhinged. Many countries have been asking for months to allow Ukraine to do it. Only unhinged thing is.. it's too little too late.

Yeah, far from unhinged, I think it's pretty clever. You'd think Putin won't want to escalate when his pick for the Whitehouse is coming in, and threaten damaging that good will. This was a free hit from the outgoing regime, and perhaps an opportunity to strengthen Ukraine's hand when this inevitably becomes a negotiation chaired by Trump.

Then this was an option months ago, why allow it to drag out?
Is it only a clever option now because Trump is coming in and it's forced Bidens hand?

Cos it kinda feels like, hey Ukraine have the missiles blow shit up cos it'll make Trumps job harder not hey Ukraine we think this'll help protect you and your people.

Because NK have troops inside Ukraine. And escalated attacks at critical infrastructure.

Like I said. Putin was giving a big fuck you. If he genuinely wanted a peace and if he was happy with what he had. He'd have just stood pat for 2 months. Perhaps focus on retaking Kursk. Rather than bombing civilian infrastructure in Ukrainian cities.

Civilian!

Biden has approved the use of anti-personnel mines. So it looks like they're trying to make any future "peace talks" more difficult for the Russians while they're out of office.

Looks like Ukraine also used a couple million quids worth of British missiles!

Are we at war with Russia now?

Ukraine has been using British weaponry from day one.
That massive Ukranian jet has flown in and out of Belfast International a handful of times the past 1000 days. They must be picking up a few missiles on their visits.

Yeah, Belfast has a place making anti-tank missiles doesn't it?

12 years of empty threats from this fucking Kremlin mong, when do we get to drop a nuke on his little boney head.

I wonder if it's even that TBH. Even after the Cold War ended the Russians have never stopped sending spotter planes and boats over and around the UK.

Soon there'll be 5,000 battle hardened Syrians heading to the Russian front...

Doubt it TBH. It would be an open act of war and I can't see them risking it, plus I'll bet the Ukrainians are well capable of this in their own right.
