Farmers are a resourceful bunch, I'm sure a lot of it can be repurposed. Explosives can be put to use shifting stubborn tree stumps, and we all know farmers just love a powerful diesel engine.

Yeah, their tactics have shifted from an attempted blitzkrieg to indiscriminate shelling from distance, hoping they will cause enough destruction that Ukraine give up. Yesterday and today Ukrainian forces successfully counter-attacked north of Kyiv and are reportedly pushing the front line 10-20 miles back.
That may bring Russian forces there too then if successful
They can't even take Ukraine right now. No chance they deploy troops to intervene in Belarus right now.
