Russia is one thing, the level of their corruption is probably only equalled by FIFA, but at least there is some logic and a tradition of some football . Qatar ? The only logic for that is that the people that voted for it won't be around by the time 2022 comes around , certainly not in FIFA circles anyway , and probably not in mortally for most.
