Meireles is one classy motherfucker.
On the ball he is generally so composed and some of his passing in tight areas is sublime.. People may call him a pussy for backing out of a few tackles.. but noone can ever say that he shy's away from the ball. He always wants it and always makes himself available for a pass by busting a gut by running into space.
Once we get Kuyt, Torres, Gerrard, Cole and Meireles fit and in form we will see some breathtaking football.

I think the only thing missing from Meireles is knowledge of English football. You'll get fuck all from bottling out and falling over, and he just needs to learn he needs to play like he looks, and clatter some fucker in the first minute to show who is boss.

Poulsen are Lucas are doing well in the middle. Someone must have told Lucas to join up with the attack. Two of them can't stand beside each other. It's nice to see forward runs today. Keep it up.
