They're all idiots, but that's steeping to a new low and setting a stupid precedent for other dickhead fans to follow, in throwing flares onto the pitch to disrupt games. Just goes to show though, there are morons in football culture as a whole, it's not a reflection of a particular country, it's a reflection of some parts of society. Which pretty much sums up why people got so angry about Ryan's holier than thou bigoted bollocks.

The common factor all the other countries seem to have is that they don't actively confront the police whenever they get the chance.

Well I'm probably being harsh there as most have rightly condemned it but it still seems to me that people simply can't be having non English criticising the England fans acting like cunts again.

Actually, I can't be bothered. I know my stance on my fellow countryman and I'm comfortable with my stance - eg some are cunts - like it or don't like it. I don't care.
I've bumped into plenty of cunts in most of the places I've been around the world. Strangely enough, defining a nation by its cunts is something is a pretty sad state of affairs. Perhaps if we all saw the positive things in people, then the world would be a better place.
