It’s kinda irrelevant Modo as there has been a change of personnel for various reasons (from Gerrard retiring, Stirling and Suarez being sold, Sturridge being more injured etc etc). He’s been asked to perform at a certain position with instructions to fulfill a role.

I doubt you’d understand this and would rather just call him Captain Sideways.

And he hasn't fulfilled shit, not talent he was supposed to have or the role he was supposed to fill. How long has he now played in that DM position? 3 years?
And he was moved there from CM. It's not like he went from striker to defender.
Truth is, he's lacking in the fundamentals. Henderson was never an intelligent player, he could never read the game.
Blame injuries or whatever, as long as it's not a head injury it doesn't explain why he's so inept at DM. Klopp isn't without blame be either, he still can't see how bad he is.
 
Only a brain injury would make someone inferior in a particular position, not any other sports injury. I've heard it all now.

All this wouldn't be without credible foundation if it wasn't coming from someone repeatedly backed the vastly mediocre Lucas, who really was "bang average" in that role. Reading the game? Do my a favour, coming from the fan of a DM who repeatedly fucked up and gave away stupid, pointless fouls week after week.

Henderson might have suffered for consistent form since his injury, but he's hardly the sole reason for our capitulations in defense. Shit keeper, shit defenders, an overly expansive system, kids making mistakes, Can and Gini being equally as inconsistent in midfield (funny you never talk about them as much, when they are both average)... There are an abundance of reasons, but Modo concentrates on the one player he hates, as per.

So yeah, another match thread after a great win, derailed by Modo and his obsessions.
 
Wow, Viv Richards - somewhat oddly - was just interviewed on the radio and said he watched the game at the weekend and he's a lifelong Red! Beats Everton having Amanda Holden as a supporter.

Wait till Lallana plays his first game on his return. If he doesn't tear it up, then it'll be that instead.
