What do we expect of the new US Government?

As far as I've read the key issues Donald Trump has promised is the largest deportation of immigrants in American history, sweeping new tariffs on imports, a freeze on climate-related regulations, a remaking of federal health agencies and ideological changes in the education system.

Now he gets his chance, will it get done?
 
A major shit show. Threatening to use military force on Canada and Europe. Great start.

Wanting to cut government waste to then say he wants to change the name of the Gulf of Mexico which will cost millions. So more waste.
 
I think it'll be fine. The saving grace of Trump is that he never gets anything done.

In the long term though, we're fycked. The next generation of Americans are basically the Taliban

I used to work with a massive rangers fan. Some of their fans were giving nazi salutes during a European match against an Israeli side and their excuse was it was a red hand of Ulster salute and not a nazi one...

It could have been that. Perhaps a subtle reference to all those US presidents who had Ulster Scots heritage.
 
If I was giving him the benefit of the doubt I'd say he was just trying to 'give his heart' to the ppl and he so devoid of any charisma and normalism that he thinks that's how you do it.

People calling it a nazi salute, even though they didn't bother to watch the whole video, but just an edited one, are probably the same lot who say X sucks and are evil and yet they're still on there posting sh*t and sharing tweets, almost everyday.

I watched the video.
I'm inclined to say he probably didn't mean to do the whole Nazi thing but if he did he might have done for the attention and shitposting IRL.
He starts of with that weird hand triangle thing that Tate does, just doesn't feel a natural thing to do so maybe it was pre planned.

What isn't in doubt is he is an awful public speaker.
X does suck on so many levels but I use it daily I think it's useful in a way MMS isn't but Elon has tampered with the authenticity of the site loads
