Transfer Rumours 21/22

In a way it is good timing for the Bobby injury. The Chelsea game showed our lack of goalscoring depth with him leaving the pitch shortly before they went down to 10 men. We have 18 hours to get a striker over the line, nothing else matters but this for Klopp.
Probably pay the £75k a week for the Reading kid.

We haven't made it to BBC's Gossip page. I do reckon we will get a tweet from John Henry tonight thanking the fans for a tough year but the club has bought 1 key player and retained many, and secured it's financial future by building the expansion to Annie Road. This time next year the club will be in an excellent position to compete.

Ohhhhhhh no, you know shits hit the fan when you haven't made it to the BBC's gossip page.

Ken Early, Irish journalist who is on the Second Captains podcast (Big Manc, but he's good); dropped a line in yesterday speculating that FSG had the view that they needed the Super League. No Super League, means no money and this is what you all wanted, from Klopp and the players to the fans.

I speculated something to that effect a couple months ago - does feel a bit that they're taking their bat and ball home.

If that is the case, hopefully they start shopping for buyers rather than just sitting on the asset.

Hahahahahaha I love this! I’m up for the super league.

Christ you're all a bunch of fannies, he's fine.

Two wins and a draw against a team that every keeps tipping to win the league and you think we've fucking Arsenal. Behave all of you.

No we are not thinking that, its just we are near bottim of the league when it comes to team improvement and spending this summer.

As above..

Scenes next week when Salah is ruled out for an extended period of time.

This years striker situation echoes last years central defender situation.

You could tell with Firmino when he came off it didn't look anything serious.

Then again with Robbo it did and we all thought the worst SO FUCK WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE AND LETS JUST BELIEVE WHAT EVERYONE ON TWITTER SAYS.

Its a barometer of the lack of transfer involvement.
The real issue is can we compete for the title or are we in it, just to be in the top 4.
Listen I'm just as frustrated as the next man of our lack of incomes but the answer is simple, Yes. Of course provided we suffer no lasting injuries.

So Bissouma, being linked with Spurs, Man United and us. My worry is, Spurs are close to Brighton, and does this guy have the stomache to travel all the way to Liverpool ? What if he tells his driver stop, am tired and dont want to go any further ? We are at a disadvantage. Need Mane to do some tapping up.

We're excellent, but we also need a forward. Its insane that we're not signing anyone.
My only hope is that we have someone lined up and it hinges on Origi leaving. But it wont happen.

Even if Origi stayed on a replacement for Gini was still essential, as we are now relying on a bunch of cripples that really are not good enough.
