If he drops us in the shit 2 days before the transfer window shuts then he's a cunt, I wouldn't want him near our club and it's a case of good riddance.

Let's just wait and see. I think we need to keep Nando myself but he has to want to be here. He's moaned about lack of ambition and under Tom and George we certainly lacked it. The new owners have just put a huge stamp down and shown at least some intention so what will be his excuse. As Sheik says if he doesn't want to be part of the club he should go. If he does, great, because he's class.

My opinion is there is no smoke without fire, I wonder if this was a ploy from Torres to rush to club into showing some ambition. Why has there been no straight denial, Reina done this straight away earlier in the month.

Oh and Themn said this would never happen so thats the deal breaker for me, Themn you made Torres leave!

Liverpool Football Club have insisted Fernando Torres is not for sale despite the emergence of a bid from Chelsea.

When presented with the story by the media on Thursday night, a LFC spokesman dismissed any notion that the Spain international was for sale.

"Chelsea have made a bid for Fernando which has been turned down," the spokesman said. "The player is not for sale."

What was that I didn't quite get it? I know the club are saying he' not for sale but an im happy they are. It still dosen't answer what the player is saying though.

To be honest though all it takes is for feranando to get something on the website saying I don't want to leave. Puts the whole thing to bed.

He did it 3 weeks ago though. Can't expect him to come out and say something every time there is interest from another club.

And most Chelsea fans think they're just trying to show the world they can bid for world class players anyway, they know they won't get him.

If Torres goes in the summer I wont be *that* unhappy. He'll have given us two years with no CL footy after coming here to challenge for trophies.

He's been more loyal than 99% of players in his position would have been, & I honestly believe he loves the club & will always be in love with us & Atletico, even if he leaves in the summer.

And Chelsea couldn't agree a fee for David Luiz cause they couldn't pay the fee in one full payment, Benfica didn't want installments. Does that sound like a club that can buy Nando for 50 mill £?
