You know what, I think we should all stop hiding behind the bullshit and have some serious, proper plain talking.

Rage has valid points to make in the football forum but his blinkered, monotonous rantings get tiresome when they are the ONLY viewpoint he can spew from his gob but he's a decent contributor to General Chat. He got banned because of some made up policy and he was an easy target. "Call someone a cunt and you're banned." Andy said that weeks ago. Click Brendan's profile and check This Person's Most Recent Posts. I'll bet my house that he's called posters a cunt numerous times when they haven't even engaged with him. The threat of a ban was reiterated yet not used despite Bren calling people 'headwand' 'cunt' blah blah blah. Now this isn't an attempt to get Brendan banned or whatever. I'm really not arsed. But for people to sit there saying it's a level playing field for everyone is a load of fucking gash. It's not. I'm not arsed if its not if that's what the lads want but at least don't try and lie about it. Certain posters indiscretions are ignored because they're part of the establishment. Even Bristow, the mild mannered janitor picked up on it but was roundly told to shut up. The lads who run the site do a brilliant job and *crosses fingers* they'll still give me the time of day after this rant. But to stand there and claim everyone is equal is a lie. But really, in the big scheme of things it's not something important enough to fall out with friends over. If that's what they want then that's what they want. They're the ones who fork out to keep the place going and I know at times they probably wonder if it's worth the bother. But in this instance your wrong boys. Believe it or not but I am trying to help you realise that the site will flourish if you ditch the 'old schoolboy network'. But the long and the short of it is you think the likes of Bren and Ryan's good points far outweigh their negatives. I ain't got a problem with that but come out and say it. Just be fucking honest.

What I'm trying to say is Sunny, that rage is the worst kind of shit-stirrers. He ruined thread after thread, with his shit-stirring, ie. calling Rafa a "fat cunt" among other things(which I'm sure would offend Rafa4PM) and he does it consistently, which frankly made this site less of an enjoyable place for me personally, cos almost every single thread, got side-tracked into Rafa lynching, almost always started by rage.

I'm not a Rafa fan by any means, say if Wenger or Hiddink were available and interested, I'd swap Rafa before you could say "rage", but the reasons why I frequented this site, moreso than other LFC sites, it's due to the quality of the non-biased football discussions, and it really has deteriorated in the past month or so.

I will post the picture again, when rage is online, then you could remove it all you like.

Sticking rage on ignore is a bit useless, cos it doesn't stop him from side-tracking threads into Rafa bashing.

I'd say having an AUP would help a lot so that posters, be it Ryan, Brendan, Zlatan, Bristow, Rage, or any of the mods, have to follow to sort out this mess.

I can't really say that you have a double standard, cos the last time I checked, there was no standard. It all seems very arbitrary.

I find rages rants about rafa irritating as fuck but I don't think it warrants the lynch mob mentality that's developing because of it. I just switch off to his football posts as I don't feel they warrant my attention.

That said, he also reacts to the people winding up very easily.

Regardless of that posting a cartoon that you know is HIGHLY offensive to muslims is out of order. Or any other such picture to do with any other religion for matter. There's more muslims on here than just rage. So I'm lodging a complaint about it, OK ? If you post it back again you're fucking banned.

Everyone should just wind their necks in a bit and not get so worked up. It's a fucking internet forum. I'd bring out the "arguing on the internet is like winning the Special Olympics" pic but it's a bit cliched.

What if say, Glock's favorite posters were Zlatan and Rage and Glock felt that they should (God help us all) have different set of rules to regular posters?

It's too subjective for it to work. Everyone should adhere to the same set of rules, and if that's a bit hard, then you shouldn't have one?
