The Saints are coming...

If both Firmino & Sturridge are playing they should both be forwards, otherwise one of them will struggle.

Maybe, but on the other hand it's not as if they've played together so often that it's definitively unworkable. Form and fitness may also have played a part.

Optimistic, I know.

I'm hoping there will be a lot interchanging like how we are when we have mane, firmino and Coutinho playing. More importantly I want to see sturridge running the channels and running off the shoulder of the last defender again. Not seen that all season.

If you can't make it to the 'Liverpool' pub in Tottenham Court Road (about 15 min walk) which I think is called TCR, then The Rocket should be OK and is about 3 minutes walk from Euston

Come out of the station main entrance and turn left, it's on the same side of the road and is on a corner.

Cheap and fairly big too
The Rocket.... Hmmm It's a 'Scream' Pub. Not overly bad and close to Euston I suppose. Rammed with students mostly. @SummerOnions If you fancy somewhere near there that will be quieter and will show the footy - head to the Premier Inn bar practically opposite the The Rocket. I know it's a rubbishy hotel but it's deffo nicer than The Rocket. Having said that 'The Rocket' does do a decent burger.

He hasn't played there since his Chelsea days...

& he doesn't have that desire anymore to run up and down the wings.

He never had it at all. That's the reason he left Chavski. The less time both he and Firmino spend out on the wing, the better for all concerned.

My team was probably totally wrong btw, its unreliable these days. If Lucas starts, dont hunt me down and gut me.

Trent Alexander Arnold starts.

Starting XI vs Southampton: Karius; Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Lovren, Milner; Lallana, Henderson, Can; Firmino, Sturridge, Coutinho

Mignolet, Klavan, Moreno, Lucas, Wijnaldum, Woodburn, Origi
