Curtis Jones with the game-winning assist for England U21 against Andorra:

England played most of the game with 10 men (OK, technically 10 boys), after Brewster got 2 yellow cards around 20 minutes into the game.

Jones played / so musta been ok injury wise …nice one !

Stones inches wide to putting Englandddddd ahead.

England have created nothing from open play but have had a lot of corners and dangerous set plays out wide to put in some quality.

Mason Mount..

I don't get it. He's shit, yet Southgate loves him and he made the 30 man ballon d'or list.

What am I missing?

Nothing, he's a good player don't get me wrong but Ballon D'or list come on...

Ballon D'or is supposed to be the biggest individual prize a player can get...

WHY IS IT EVEN 30 MEN....HOW IS THAT A SHORTLIST???

It should be 10 players MAX ON THE LIST.

Fucking insult. FIFA UEFA cunts.

Callum Robinson is a very decent player, no idea why Sheffield didn’t use him more….remember he scored 2 at Chelsea early last season and thinking this kid is alright

Granted it’s only Azerbaijan and Qatar but surprised no Prem clubs tried to take him in summer.

We are doing the old Barca/Real cunt trick here.

Players give someone the love, eventually the club ends up buying them after they develop back ache.

The +ve is with the Rapjinha link, is we presumably had money to make an offer for him.

Going back to the internationals, and how it divides fans, and pits club vs country. Why don't the football ruling bodies just condensed the qualifiers so players only get 1 long international break per season? Say 3-4 weeks, then a week break and then only club football after that.
