Ben Arfa is talented but serious trouble - he'll sign for Newcastle today and we will have dodged a bullet - but the rest are comparatively good signings.
Koncheskey is seriously limited, but can defend/ tackle and is committed. Its a sign of the sorry state we are in that he is an improvement on what we already have. Plus Roy obviously knows him well. As a 12/18mth stop gap he is okay.
Defour is seriously talented and knocks Lucas into obscurity.
Santa Cruz offers us a good base to attack round if Torres is out, and will complement him well if/when they play together.
