Is it back? Did it ever go?

I was previously not a fan of saying we had to do things a certain way, it's just about winning (which I suppose is essentially what TLW is all about anyway actually).

But the last week or so the club has been very dignified in the face of shenanigans. They've not commented on some controversial things. The 5-a-sides are back at Melwood! The club is bigger than anyone. The press have got nothing out of Kenny. And my favourite, despite it sending forums and what not crazy, transfers have been kept behind closed doors.

It feels good. Will Kenny get a boot room feel back as well next?

I like the way we're doing things again. Now just carry on winning please.

It starts from the very top of the club IMO. Shanks famously said directors are just there to sign the cheques, but (though I loved the man) that was never true, nor incidentally do I think he totally meant it. Until recently we'd been poorly led for far, far too long and that IS always going to percolate its way down through the club, via the hundred and one poor decisions which have all contributed to our slipping behind the front runners in English football. Now, for the first time in two decades, we seem to have a combination of dignity and competence in the boardroom which is starting (there's a long way still to go) to put us properly back on track.

Good point, and one which a lot of people (SOS for instance) seem to have taken far too seriously.

To be absolutely fair, that's a mistake many people make. Shanks generally had a twinkle in his eye when he was coming out with those gems of his. One thing (among many) that I've been chuffed to monkeys to see in the past few weeks is the way the King is bringing that back too.

I like everything about TLW. Its not a romantic notion but about doing things with dignity, ethics and principle.

Kenny learnt from the best and he does everything with a calm authority which is very reassuring.

We're going places with Kenny at the helm!

Like it or not handling the media is a massive part if the game, Roy didn't know how to do it he thought as a 'respected' manager they would let him get away with a number of things they didn't. Kenny has been brilliant everything. He says is spot on so far and I'm confident things on the pitch will continue to improve.

After the Torres thing I asked a kid I teach why he supported Liverpool, he said they are not a 'glory glory team' sometimes they lose but I still like them.

Maybe cara can learn while kenny is Here and carry on the tradition ith Kelly our future capt and heartbeat
