as i mumbled elsewhere. add the alonso and arbeloa money to rafa saying we had money to buy one more player before we have to sell after he'd bough johnston and i reckon we have 50 million pounds. it seemed fairly accurate also that we'd matched the tevez fee earlier in the window also.

50 million should by us aquaman or defour and leave us 35 million. bring on silva or dare i say auguro or even villa!

There is absolutely no chance whatsoever that we'll spend another 30-40M on one player after buying Aquilani.

the sad thing is, when I started the thread (rafa says alonso is staying) I thought it was the end of the matter 🙁
