We had three and half years of a complete footballing phenomenon. Truly amazing what we got for our £22 million. A fucking genius on the pitch, and a man who gave his all every single time he stepped onto the pitch. and when he wasn't banned for being a nutcase he was unstoppable. We were lucky to have him, and I wish him all the best. He was always going to go to Spain at some point. Getting £75 million for him now is good business. I thought he would have given a season in the CL but who knows, maybe the latest bite had Henry on the phone saying 'Enough's enough'.

I'm very sad about the whole thing. He's never going to find a team that'll stand by him like we did. I do think he has deep psychological issues. And I don't think we got enough for him.

You are right almost everyone seems to be reporting it as 75m, earlier there were some reports of 64
