The goal that causes the spine to tingle every time

This is probably my favourite goal of all time and I never tire of watching it over and over again. The desperate need for a goal to keep CL hopes alive, just minutes remaining and, of course, the sheer quality of the strike. Sorry, hit.

What other spine tinglers can you think of?

Benayoun at Fulham in 2009 for me. Felt amazing at the time.

I've seen many Liverpool goals that brought me joy, but that one was for me the most satisfying. Goodison Park was roaring Everton on to stop us winning that match, as was Andy Gray on Sky Sports. That clever, clever late free kick really took the wind out of their sails! 😀

Just watched this...amazing totally gave me the tingle. Do you know where you where when this goal went in?


I was 16 or 17 hanging around outside my girlfriends front door. Then I heard a shout from inside. I ran in, and Scotland had scored. We were going to the Euros... And it was the first time, I was ever in her house (they didn't invite ya in)
