There are a few things, discussions on here, that have had me thinking recently.
I am 57 , and I wouldn't mind betting older than most of the members own parents. I tend to think of myself as being fairly "in tune" with things, but clearly all old twats like me will think the same.
When we get involved in discussions on here there should realistically be very few people who are likely to agree with me as I am from another generation, another planet even, you are unlikely to agree with most of what your parents think so that should not be a surprise.
I don't really cut any of you any slack for being young, stupid, and less experienced in life than me and coming up with points of view I held forty years ago, that I now see differently, just as my father did before me.
But on the other hand are the opinions of the older posters here , humoured , tolerated, considered or understood , valued.
Do people think about age as much when discussing things on forums, as they would in the real world?
regards
PS I was just kidding about the stupid bit
