The 'first unread message' button

Hasn't been working right for me lately. Goes to the first unread message, and then scrolls back up to the first post on the page. Annoying. Am I the only one facing this?

Ok, works fine for me from home, but fucks up regularly from the comp at work. What could be the issue?
