I'd have to agree with that. Although the temptation to link Gerrard and Torres is pretty strong, considering how seldom we've been able to play both.

Yes the attacking back up is woeful. Why is there a need to have 5 defensive players as subs with a lone 1 midfielder and just 1 attacker ! Pacheco is worthy of a bench seat at least.

I hope Gerrard keeps his eye on the left channel, we'll need him to help out defensively and with Yossi always cutting in, he may have to supply some width.
