Benteke ready for tomorrow.
Sturridge still injured.
Flanagan on his way back. Working on his fitness due to the longevity of his injury.
Henderson getting better, but not training on the pitch yet.

I'm not sure you can play Firmino, Coutinho and Lallana in the same team unless theres at least two footballs on the pitch.

The back four is obvious.

Can Milner

Coutinho Firmino Ibe

Benteke

Hopefully Benteke makes it back

I don't think there's any way he doesn't play Lucas. He looks to have been the anchor for Klopp with Milner leaning towards the right, but not exactly right wing and Can the same on the other side. I can't decide whether I'd rather Firmino start or be an impact sub.

I'd start him. His fitness has improved and we need him to start impacting games for us. Cannot wait until he nutmegs John Terry.

Good old Clattenburg and a small child. We might just win this.

Team tomorrow as per confident twitter chap...

Mignolet – Clyne, Škrtel, Sakho, Moreno – Emre Can, Lucas – Milner, Lallana, Coutinho – Firmino. Benteke on the bench.

A strikerless team?

Is it the Polish lad who guessed wrong last time?

Oh. It is.

To be fair he generally has been right when I've noticed. He was well off last time though.

I wish none of them would put the team out whether they know or not. I don't see what it achieves apart from an ego boost or an advertising opportunity for the likes of that tit Jay Riley. It can only harm the team.

I'm just glad that lee mason has no more influence than being the 4th official. Because he is as my mum used to say a bad bastard.
The fourth official does a lot more than you'd imagine.

All those decisions the ref makes seemingly hours (usually a minute or so) after they've happened have been relayed to the ref from the fourth official having interpreted the replay.

They also 'help' by keeping tally of those 50/50 balls that seem to always accumulate up to 'warrant' a yellow card these days too.

This is being trialled in the Netherlands at the moment. It's not how it's done in the Premier League yet though.

Not officially. It's been done like that for a couple of years on & off though. A ref actually admitted taking advice from a fourth official last season, & no one kicked off, which surprised me cos it's not actually allowed yet. I think it's cos they're not always in view of a screen to view the replay at every ground.
