We wouldn't need him to do what Mo does, like you say very few can so it wouldn't be fair to even ask.
But as a squad option he'd be brilliant, come on later in games against some heavy legs....whats the harm?

Thinking like FSG, we should sign Baumgartner. Nearly as good on duels and take ons. Has 5 goals and 4 assists in the league to 4 and 4 for Jude. Is 23 and ripe for improvement. Is priced at €20m according to transfermarkt.co.uk, so at least €100m cheaper than Jude.
No, I've literally never heard of Baumgartner either.
Home grown but I doubt he is going to be available for £25m. One downside to him, he is tiny, and very lightweight.

The number of players valued at over £100m has probably reached an all time high. Dortmund want €150m for Jude and Napoli want the same for Victor Osimhen. Anyones who is under 25 had a good 6 months with 2 plus years left on the contract, clubs are asking for huge wads.

Irrelevant the number of players valued over £100m, couldn't give a shit...it'll be the same 3-4 clubs in Europe who spend that on a player "because they can & it's fashionable" not because it's a good move nor given it a seconds thought to the future of their club.....
When Felix Mbappe Neymar Lukaku Pogba Coutinho Bale were being valued at such, we were buying players like Mane Mo Bobby Gini Fab etc for less than 40m.....we went on to win titles and compete in finals, Chelsea PSG Utd Atleti did fuck all.

Not sure why its irrelevant? People like Enzo, Mudryc (of Chelsea), Victor from Napoli are not players that can be spoken in the same breath as the stars you mentioned. They've had a good 6 months. Now if every decent player is valued at £60m+ it becomes a huge problem especially with a limited budget and very near nothing to sell.
Chelsea are a desperate team, you cant look to what they’ve done in the last 6 months and use that to stamp and wave that around in the faces of every other team in Europe that go about their business how its supposed to be run. If someone wants to pay 130m+ for Jude let them, thats fantastic. He’s had more than 6 months of being very good, as has Osimhen.
Sorry but just because a desperate Chelsea paying anything for anyone doesn’t mean we can’t go about our business like we have. We can win things with players like Diaz Gakpo Jota for example, players with super talent we found at reasonable prices and now its up to us to make the stars…same way we did Mo Mane and Bobby.
I know you like to make it all about money sometimes but understand it’s not always about the money.
