Carra being a bit of a tit and having a go at Crouch and Adam for celebrating their goals today. Why shouldn't they?
Yeah, this whole thing about players not celebrating when they score against their old clubs is ridiculous.Carra being a bit of a tit and having a go at Crouch and Adam for celebrating their goals today. Why shouldn't they?

Not celebrating is more offensive to their current fans.
Well I quite like it when they don't, but Crouch was kicked out and Adam was and is treated like shit, so why they're supposed to run off looking apologetic is a mystery.
I forgot it was on, didn't watch it, woke up this morning, checked the internet and saw that score and laughed.
I shouldn't laugh I guess. Neville was right at the weekend; the football world has left us behind, or we've left ourselves behind I guess. Plenty of ire towards Rodgers, and rightly so - he's a goner after that. I thought he'd have stayed actually, thought they'd give him one more year, but he's gone now and he must not it too.
But where does that get us? I don't doubt we need a new manager, but we need a new set of owners, new CEO, new stadium, new team, new fucking everything. We need the last 25 years back really. The days of us as a power European club are gone. I'd take Rafa back just to remind myself what it's like to be a feared side in Europe. It'd be like putting lipstick on a pig with him back really.
As we say every year... It's the hope that kills.
Juve are a good example. Just shows the importance of a great Dof and a club with the right strategy and people in key positions.
They havent spent a fortune either.
Bribing match officials also helpsAnd playing in a less competetive league where you get into the CL places easier probably helps too.

Yeah. And only meeting shit teams in the CL giving them easy route to the final... Nothing impressive about that. They dont have to face Crystal Palace and Stoke very often smog bastards. And playing in a less competetive league where you get into the CL places easier probably helps too.
I don't think Juve are a good example. It's much easier to convince players to come when you can offer a league title and CL every year. We can't offer anything comparable to that.
The example with Juve is a great Dof signing players that fit the managers plans and tactics.
We could have gotten plenty of those players imho.
Really?Oh please. We still finished 6th despite a very poor season (but one in which any sustained form would have seen us in 4th), have plenty of talent, a stadium upgrade, great support, bags of money (compared to most) etc etc.
What we need is a football manager and backroom staff that know what they are doing and can keep players happy and recruit properly. Even we will get it right sooner or later, especially if we look for the best candidate rather than interims, blazers, trainees etc.
Anybody would think we were in danger of relegation.
Really?
And as for the "sooner or later" thing, we've been saying that for the past 25 years. We need to sell big and buy better. And we need a manager, coaches and backroom staff that know how to get the best out of each and every player. Because right now we're a long fucking way off that.
Sturridge: injured too much and can't be relied onSturridge, Sterling, Coutinho, Ibe, Can... plenty.
We had a great manager and replaced him because he kept complaining. Complaints that we ignored.
Our management don't know how to run a club that's why we keep compounding the situation.
Get a top manager who knows how to organize and then get out of his way.
Sturridge: injured too much and can't be relied on
Sterling: not gonna be here
Coutinho: Agreed but how long will his patience last?
Ibe: looks decent but far too early to tell
Can: hasn't exactly filled me wth awe tbh
I agree with your last piece though. If we can get a top manager in and give whatever the fuck he wants and don't interfere with his transfer plans we could be on a winner.
It's a bit hard not to be pessimistic when you get beaten at home by crystal palace and then follow that up with a complete cunting against Stoke. In my opinion I can see why disappointment is the order of the day but outright pessimism isn't justified. We need better organization rather than changing all the players. There's enough to work on without another batch of newbies.
Hey what gives? I've finally got tinter klacker in Cuba and THIS shows up on my alerts! Shame on you ;-)If you use the phrase tinter klacker again I will find you and kill you.
