Sterling to Tell Rodgers he wants to leave this summer

I would be happier to see him psychologically tortured and ruined for a season or two. It's the kind of situation which could turn Rodgers to the dark side and make him a good manager again.

So let's take 35 and do what we need to do. If we get 35, and buy kova for 20, and clyne for 15 - i'd be ok with this turnaround. A starting RB and CM of good quality who can still improve and become even better players.

That wouldn't be doing what we most need to do, though, namely sign a class goalscorer and a real focus for our midfield post-Stevie. FSG might come across with enough extra to sign one or the other, but (I suspect) probably not both.

I fucking love him.

Harpo Marx used to have a face that he pulled and he called it a gookie. He used to do it when he was a kid escaping angry adults. He developed it as part of his show act and he pulled a gookie in every film.

GRAHAM ROCKS A GOOKIE.

As an aside, is that from his autobiography? Great book (wrong forum I know but....).

Leave Raheem where he is, he needs some time to think over who it is that really benefits his career. He needs some attitude adjustment.

Also, more thought by LFC should be given to securing a par or better replacement player before rushing to cash in. We did this with Suarez, we shouldn't repeat that experience so soon.

It's not as if we're selling to survive. And we should be doing the right things and not the expedient thing. Whoever sold an asset because it irritated you sometimes.

Graham was nearly that fat in school too.

Was gonna post his twitter on here but he's got pics of his family on his feed so swerving that.

Dzeko would be a complete waste of money.

Walcott and a big wedge of cash is a no brainer.

I just want him gone, I'm not even convinced that he's going to be that good

I have visions of Sterling learning Spanish in the same manner Moyes has.
I made un dos tres runs into the box and then gave the ball away.

Ha its obvious the stupid cunt is teeing the press with these stories to flush out a bid from Chelsea or City. Its looking more and more like Sterling won't be going anywhere soon. Aidy Ward the anti agent!

Do to him what we did with Suarez. Stick him in the reserves and make him train alone. We're shit anyway with or without him. He wont be a big loss.

Most of the rumours of clubs 'talking' are probably invented by the idiot that is Aidy Ward. There used to be a bloke called Maundy Gregory - he sold honours for cash in the 1910s and 20s - who used a lot of tricks to impress clients, such as getting anyone he knew who lived at number 10 in a street to call him during a meeting, so he could say conspiratorially, 'Sorry, I must take this, it's from Number Ten...' I suspect Ward calls up clubs and if they actually reply to him, even to say, 'Please don't bother us again,' he tells hacks he's been 'in talks' with Bayern, Real Madrid and god knows who else. He's one in a long, long line of chancers.

It still makes me chuckle that anyone would seriously pay £50m for him. He's a good player but that's a stretch.

I really do think he should knuckle down and get his form and profile right for nearer the end of his contract if he really hates his situation so much that he won't sign a new contract.

He might turn the tables and review his agents contract as well.

He probably does something similar to my brother, who convinced a colleague that Ken Doherty is a cousin by changing one of his mate's names on his phone to Ken D and showing the colleague some texts.

I'm not sure about either of them TBH. Many in the media are creaming themselves over Walcott based on his performance in the Cup Final and he's always wanted to play centrally, but I don't see that as his best position (and I'll bet Wenger still doesn't either - Walcott got picked as much because Giroud's off the boil as for any other reason). Gibbs IMO would be little - if any - improvement on Moreno.
