I know aqualiani has given the ball away a couple times, but for me some of it is down to a lack of the ball movement on the other players part.
For me he looks calm and assured on the ball and knows when to play a pass. He's comfortable in his own ability knowing he can flick/ backpass /head/the ball and this shows great awareness. I'm also liking his attacking threat which he's shown on occasions.
I just wish some of our other players would see the space in-between the opposition players and pass into the gaps, (barca, arsenal) do it alot. We tend to pass sideways way too often, and thats something I think the manager has to drill into the players aswell.

Yep. He's looks a good attacking midfielder (from deep). I like the way he's got forward and always shown for the ball (carrying it forward with good dribbling very Benayoun-like). He's also not afraid to make mistakes and some of his misplaced passes has been due to a lack of movement on others and simply not being on the same wavelength. I like the flicks and the imagination. I hope we don't coach that out of him.
The only thing I've not been impressed with is his tackling. He's barely made a successful tackle (he's faster going forward and all that). But then, with us playing so many defenders, an out and out defensive midfielder and a defensive forward in Kuyt upfront, it shouldn't matter so much.
