Jesus Chris, it's fucking Groundhog Day. Two things AGAIN:

1 - They're both better than us, have better squads than us, and are in the CL. They don't need superstar players cos they already have them. Us on the other hand.

2 - Let's actually see where he ends up shall we?

Agger, Carra, Skrtel, Kygiakos, Wilson, Ayala, Wisdom and possibly Dann.

Who stays, who goes?

Might I also add Kelly who should IMO be a considered as a central defender.

Yes I did. But some like Agger demand to start. Carra is a certain starter as well. Skrtel did well last season and started and finished every premier league game. Dann is the new signing.
In the words of the highlander: "There can only be one(four)".

Agger is arguably better than Skrtel but will one of them be sacrificed?
Will Carra be our main defender this season as well?
Is Dann ahead of Agger and Skrts in the pecking order?

Of course Kyrgiakos, Ayala, Wilson could leave. Wisdom and Kelly should be 5th/6th choice.

I think it's about competition. Clearly there are issues with the partnerships we have available because we've leaked goals for the last couple of seasons, we need something else and hopefully that will cure the issue, who ever loses out will provide quality backup, even if it is only until they get the hump and move on. The point is if the team improves, it doesn't really matter.
