I believe a lot of the footballers there don't even live in Saudi anyway. They live in Bahrain. Those who do live in Saudi though would be living in essentially purpose built communities.

I wouldn't personally want to live over there if I'm honest, but it certainly isn't risky or a poor standard of living.

Perhaps he values his and his family's current lifestyle, contract and competition and is content to play competitive football for a little longer?

They'll make him an ambassador of the country.

They'll roll out red carpets for him, probably offer him the same what Neymar got in terms of luxuries.

& of course in Saudi, as there is little to no media....he wouldn't be subjected to criticism over there every other week or branded a cheat.

This was in 2017 remember. We had a bunch of meffs on this site saying it was a terrible signing, Chelsea reject, and he was the Egyptian Pennant. I'd say the majority of posters were dubious.

Mo stays or goes is upto the club, I just stated my preference in a forum where no members of Liverpool club will ever visit.

I think Mo probably wants to stay - he wants to go after Rushie (not sure if possible).
HOwever, if they really offer him that insane salary - he may not want to say no.
Though I still find this odd considering how pissed he looked around that Chechnian nutjob during the World Cup in RUssia.
