Lacazette will end up at newcastle, score loads of goals and then transfer to arse for the double his fee

If what has been said is true, then 25M on a shitty striker with an even shittier attitude, is just insane.

If you have 25M and you get to spend it on anyone's who available. Who do you go out to buy ?

Berahino in that context sounds so wrong. "-ino" or not.

He is no way worth £25m and we will know it. We paid £12m for Sturridge and I'd expect us to use that as a benchmark in negotiations.

Ha!

Darren Lewis ‏@MirrorDarren Word coming out of Tottenham is that they are now out of the hunt for Saido Berahino. #thfc #wba

Hard to say for definite. He took his opportunity reasonably well for England but he doesn't seem to be Pochettino's type of player.

Townsend is average. A lot of us called it from the start - he can run fast and likes to shoot from distance. Nothing special there.

Whenever Townsend gets the ball, no matter where he is, he will try and shoot. It wears thin after a while. He's shite.

We NEED to buy Lacazette.

Danny Ings is shite.

My mates have a French lad on their footy team and he said that Lacazette is great. He said we should be all over him.

He looked like a good prospect two years ago which, combined with a bit of cheating on the Footy Manager Editor, brought him to my attention. He was good last season which made me want to sign him in the summer, but this season he has been amazing. I reckon we might regret it if we don't sign him, we're already risking leaving it too late.

Back to Berahino... I think he actually looks a decent prospect. His movement and finishing is really good. But there's no way we should pay that amount for him. He's probably worth about £10m at the moment.

Don't be daft. Messi is too small.

You're right. That's why we're going back to my first choice - Paulo Dybala. Shits over your Kramaric AND Bony anytime of the day.

A forward who is at his most dangerous running with the ball but not averse to defensive graft from the front is a desirable combination. With good link-up play and signs that he is now developing into a more assured finisher, you are beginning to see the sort of player that Europe's elite will take a gamble on.

Compared at different times to Javier Pastore (presumably for his passing), Sergio Aguero (for his pace and directness) and Luis Suarez (for his non-stop buzzing around) there is the germ of a great player there, and he's beginning to bloom.

Sold, but it better not be like that time when Aspas sounded like Bellamy but turned out to be a massive fanny and a total letdown

Aspas. Bellamy.

Dybala. Pastore. Aguero. Suarez.

Not trying to be a smartarse but notice the difference ?

Aspas was also compared to Suarez.

ha!

I think the Bellamy comparisons were mostly formed on here and based on what we were told were his best attributes and price tag. You know what I meant though - favorable comparisons have been know to lead to massive flops.
