Aquilani is far from untouchable. He needs to prove himself this season.
I'd say Reina, Masher (although I know he'll go), Gerrard, Torres. That's it.

Only Reina, Carra and Gerrard should be Untouchables.
Torres has a price on his head IMO anything over 65 million should be considered.

Aquilani? Er, why?? He's done nothing and we have no reason to think he will do anything.
Untouchable players should be those who we cannot defintely replace to either the same standard or better with the resources we have plus the money we will get for them.
Torres, Gerrard, Reina, Carra (and Mascherano would be there too ideally) are definites. Then you can can make a case for Johnson, Agger, Kuyt, Skrtel.
Everyone else could go if we get the right offers, and that certainly includes Aquilani
