Is anyone really talking about this seriously?

His contract is worth 5 million a year; and it expires next year.

That's about 100,000 pounds a week.

He's played 3 league games for Milan this year - there has to be a reason for it. I can't watch Italian footy though so I can't comment on his performances
 
I think somethings seriously fucked up when we're talking about unknowns players from Israel and Belgium and getting excited and people are still championing a cause for Milan Jovanovic but then we get linked with a two-time FIFA World Player of the year and everyones up in arms about it.
 
I think it's because everyone's sick of false dawns; he's a good player; but not one that we need and one we can't afford.

To talk about him only causes misery when we know it can't happen; so we're just desperate for realistic possibilities to make us better.

Oh, shut up. Ronaldinho is one of my favourite ever players and I loved watching him for Barcelona, but that player is gone now and has been replaced by the one below. If people aren't excited by the prospect of him dragging his gut around the pitch in a red shirt, they can't quite be castigated for it.
