I know mate - just pulling (not Fabio style like).

Hopefully we still get Tello (why not ? Just because he signed a new deal - he is consigned to their B squad - so a loan, in a Rodgers style playing side, could be perfect) then with Assaidi and Sterling we can slip Stewart quietly out of the side door, no-one would notice.

Maybe O'Neill can give us 9 mill for him? That would be tremendous.

I can't see him being a regular starter which begs the question, why not use Sterling instead?
if raheem plays 10 epl games this season that will be enough, im concerned that he could play too much in his breakthrough season. competition will do him good, afterall he's only got downing and cole to go against?

We've lost Maxi, Kuyt, Bellamy.
We need winger/forwards. Young, pacey, skill and goals.
Promising as fuck.

We have two tricky creative dribblers in the first team and we've got Sterling backing them up.
We have creativity and stability in the middle thanks to Lucas, Gerrard, Allen and hopefully Sahin.
We have a rock hard defence.
We have a poacher in Borini.

We might just experience the best football we've played for years during this coming season.
I can't fucking wait.

Oussama Assaidi capture shows why #LFC are still clinging to its past

It would be fair to say that Liverpool have just gazumped every journalist and self-proclaimed In The Know (ITK) merchant with the capture of Oussama Assaidi.

Literally no one outside the club saw this coming and the announcement by the Reds on their official website this evening indicates that their connections to Anfield's past extend beyond Brendan Rodgers restoring red goal nets and the old 'This Is Anfield' sign.

Supporters of a particular vintage never tire of recalling the days when the first thing anyone heard of a new signing was when it was announced by the club and then splashed across the back page of the local paper.

Nostalgia has often been a critical trait of Liverpool in recent times but in an era when potential signings can barely break wind in their new club's direction without it becoming headline news, this throwback made a refreshing change.

right, i'm leaving the site too. i'm not gonna change so i might as well leave before i get permo banned. we all know it's coming.

take care folks.

Don't think anyone asked you to change Skully. Every forum needs a Skully. Seems like you we're just asked to tone down the repetitive nature of your posts across a multitude of threads.

I think QUADRASPAZ is the only poster contractually obligated to stay in character for the duration of his posting lifecycle.

Haven't seen enough of Tello.
Assaidi is clearly more experienced, hence why I'd give him the upper hand.
Just look at his stats.

I'm never that keen on dutch league stats but, they do seem decent. Could be a bargain then.

If we land Sahin , permanent or not, this will have been a very clever transfer window for us. It will take a little time for all changes to gel but there's certainly a bit of hope isn't there ?

I'm keeping the champagne on ice until we announce Agger is staying

Eric Gerets told Adel Taarabt when left him out for Morocco: "Watch (Assaidi) & you'll figure why you're not in the team

Agreed Sunny. Every signing are under 24 years aswell so we're building for the future with quality players.
Think this season could be really exciting.
