Current players or past? Also, a lot of players can cover more than just one position so I'll try and generalise as best I can, without duplicating any player over different positions.
Top 3 Keepers : De Gea, Hart & Forster

I'm surprised as well. Occasionally it happens that a particular player starts getting good reviews but I'll wonder why, because I've never seen them play that well. Fonte is one of those. Granted he can't be doing too badly given where Southampton are in the league, but I've never been that struck with him the (admittedly few) times I've watched him.
I don't think we have a better centre back than Williams. No.

I wouldn't swap any of ours for him. Except perhaps in the mouthing-off department.
Not yet. I haven't given up on him and, if he can recover last season's form, he's definitely closer to my idea of a Liverpool-standard CB. If he can't he'll have to be replaced, but even then I would not replace him with Williams.
I wasn't really sure how to make my choices. Did @Modo mean we should pick players based on current form or overall ability? If he meant the latter, I would have to completely revise my choices. For example I'd have Ramsey in there. I'd have Ivanovich at RB (as he doesn't play CB these days). And I probably wouldn't have Williams in there either.
I also noticed I've left Coutinho out. That's a mistake. I did it in a hurry.
