It's most probably wrong, but having just been on Xabi Alonso's wikipedia and jumping from player to player, I eventually landed at somebody who has the distinction of being the most successful French footballer in history and was quite surprised.

So please, no cheating...

Who is the most successful French footballer ever?

You would think Zidance with his titles in Italy and Spain and CL's. Add that to the Euro's and the World Cup win.
