True, but the situation seems different now. Either we're about to be taken over by some wealthy owners form the Middle East or the current board (not the yanks) will be more true to their word about short-term funds available (not likely to be more than 20m + sales).
He's not going to stay for a maybe, and like you say, no one can blame him for that.
