In all seriousness we're 1 of the most vulnerable teams when getting countered. With Trent on the pitch it's like playing with 1 less defender and with our midfield being so shit and barely able to back track we basically leave ourselves susceptible to conceding goals.

That's my point though, he spends most the 90mins in a game in the attacking third that it feels like we defend with 1 less which is why he's not a proper RB.

I’m not buying that. We are attacked more down our right because of who we have on the left side of defence. The opposition try to stay away from Virgil as much as they can.
