I also have an unpleasant memory of ringing home from holiday in the States in 1990 and finding out that he'd scored the winner for "the Eagles" in the Cup semi-final. I wouldn't hold such a thing against every opponent, but there are times when I can't help it and this is one, because the guy is quite simply a dyed-in-the-wool d**khead.
