Pardew. Fucking Pardew.

I agree with those who are viewing this a classic Liverpool deflation opportunity.

Away to a so-so team with a good striker, who is great in the air. It's got a flappy Karius set piece disaster written all over it

Lets hope we're prepared;

Palace average more crosses per game than any other side & Benteke has won more aerial duels than any PL player.

Karius/ Mignolet

Clyne---Lovren----Matip---- Milner

---------------Henderson------------

---Wijnaldum-----------Lallana----

Mane--------Sturridge--------Coutinho

Don't really care who plays in goal, makes no difference

If Milner isn't fit then play Moreno. Otherwise the usual midfield trio, with Coutinho floating around from inside left.

The only real question is Sturridge and Firmino. I suspect that Klopp will drop Sturridge and play Firmino, but I would play Sturridge because he's a striker and a good finisher, and has pace.

It's great to have options though.

As opposed to Firmino who is total shit and hasn't contributed in any way to Liverpool being joint top on points.

Tough game but one we should be confident of winning if we can put an end to our habit of going to sleep in games.

The first half against Swansea should be in the team talk, don't start off half-soaked and give the opposition time and space to build momentum. Be positive from the off, like we were at Chelsea when we didn't let them breathe for the first hour.

I would bring back Wijnaldum so we can play a short passing game again, his ability to keep the ball moving is essential when the pressure is on and he's a great foil for the likes of Lallana and Coutinho, feeding them the ball early and often.

We have to persevere with Karius and if Milner can't play I would rather move Clyne to left back and bring in Alexander-Arnold rather than letting Moreno fuck my evening up again. Rest of the team picks itself with Sturridge & Can to come on with 20 mins to go to close out the game, if all goes to plan.

Firmino will start.

Karius
Clyne Matip Lovren Milner
Wijnaldum Hendo Lallana
Mane Firmino Coutinho

If Milner isn't fit I'd definitely consider Clyne at LB and AA at RB. Moreno could find himself up against Zaha .. not a pretty thought.

Palace's home matches this season have not been anything to get excited about ; 0-1 WBA, 1-1 Bournemouth, 4-1 Stoke (a bit of an anomaly since Stoke were in disarray at that time) and 0-1 vs. West Ham. This Palace team isn't even as good as last season's. We should win this and I'll go CP 1-3 LFC. However this is the PL and shocks do get thrown up more often than in some other leagues, it would be a surprise if we don't win there though.

Pardew saying we have players that goes down to easily in the penalty box, and maybe Benteke will get them a soft pen this time.

Massive cunt

Considering he scored 2 I'd be tempted to start Studge, will be interesting to see the starting line up.

Anyone but Moreno if Milner is fucked
