I think it's fair to say rafa's squad wasn't strong enough to challenge for the league, our have sustained runs in cup games (spreading ourselves too thin) but no one is going to tell me our squad is weak to the point we are being outplayed by s'land and blackpool at HOME and in the relagation places in Oct. rafa left a weak squad but our current plight I have at the door of roy.

It's pretty obvious that despite his achievements, Rafa got fucked off cos he finished 7th, pissed off most of his squad, and left a shit one at that. There is no point in now glorifying his past achievements just because we have someone who is doing worse; they both did shit.

Well its the owners who have systematically failed to invest in the squad, which has caused the problem of lack of squad depth but at least under Rafa we were in the big time, Champions League theme music every Tuesday and Wednesday night etc. Granted he had a poor season last year but I'd take 7th now if it was offered. Roy isn't even going to make the top half of the table and I fear a relegation battle.

This should not have happened, and we should look to turn things around immediately. If that means sacking the manager after 7 league games, so be it. We can't have players losing heart. I'm certain if things (not jus the results) continue in the same way, that is exactly what will happen and we will be left with a massive shp wreck to deal with.
On the plus side, it can't get any worse than this.

Apparently Woy worked with him at some unknown backwater club in Scandinavia somewhere. As for Konchesky, he's worse than Insua. He was never good; a journeyman player for a journeyman manager.
But Woy wont rock the boat, that's not the Liverpool way, I guess a relegation position with almost a quarter of the season gone is.
