Please Brighton, make us believe

I was gutted last night that City somehow found a way to win 1-0 again. But, it is was it is.
We've had a fantastic season and if anyone asked at the start if you'd be satisfied being in the title race on the last day of the season and playing a semi final against Barca everyone would probably say that they'd take it.

Not taking anything away, its been an impressive season with some fantastic games. But it still feels shite not winning anything, and that feeling will last a bit before pride takes over and the optimism of whats to come.

I think our only hope is that by some chance City celebrated "winning" the title yesterday mentally, and will drop a few percentages performance wise against Brighton. But I doubt Pep will let that happen.

Other than that, its only possible if something extraordinary happens. City red card etc. But I doubt that any ref in the league would have the balls to do that and potentially decide a title by giving a red card or a penalty against City.

Imagine is the media actually bothered to mention the fact that Citeh are financial dopers who have cheated their way to every trophy they have won since the oil cunts bought them.

"I once bought my wife a little cross pendant chain from one of the antique shops in the lanes of Brighton.

I'm going to wear it on Sunday. I've got this." He thought to himself. The pendant did nothing. Brighton had been humiliated, 5-0.

"Is nothing magical anymore?" He thought, tossing the pendant into the river. He couldn't keep it now, too many bad memories. He had tried to skip it, like a stone, but it sank with a single, sad, 'plop'. His wife watched on from the car, barely containing her rage. But she had a plan. A plan to fix him good.

Reminds me of when Piers told Alan B'stard that the Dutch had invaded Holland, and that the Netherlands were mighty pissed off about the situation.

The absolute arrogance of the slap headed dog shagger. Is there a bigger ego in football?

[article]“Liverpool play without pressure because they know it is not in their hands. It is easy,” he said. “We have the pressure.”[/article]

Abuse of power for starting a thread?

Ok, g0g => please ban me.
For giving the imppression of being optimistic when really you had no hope !!! Dont you think we have been through enogh torture ?,

@StevieM - am hoping they draw and we win. Their draw, Brighton last minute equalizer. Sort of reverse of what happened when Blackburn won it.

I am asking for them to give us hope ... preferably with a 3-0 HT lead.

Let it go.

Sunday will bring only pain.

Until the skinny gentleman sings I'm not giving up hope.

Nah no way. Not even confident of us beating wolves as they’re decent and we will be shattered.
The title swung when we lost at theirs when we should have won.
Their two biggest late hurdles were Manu and spurs, and once they skipped past those two it was always gonna be theirs
