That would be the Butland who was considered to be a real contender for the England #1 spot whilst Hart was having a midseason wobble, and who is widely agreed to be one of the brightest young stars in the league and has performed exceptionally well all season. My united supporting friends think he's very good and that he settles back into the team nicely only to get injured again and again. I don't think his ability is in question, it's just that he's made of biscuits.

A solid but deffo unspectacular premiership stalwart with c.150 first team appearances and c.50 international caps, descending into a complete liability and being dropped for the second stringer, with poor form so tragic it almost certainly signals the end of his premiership career - was less of a disappointment than the spectacularly good Butland who will almost certainly be in/definitely contend for premiership team of the year? Riiiiiiiiight.

Yeah I'm still not convinced by Butland, he's been decent this season but nothing special and is still suspect with back passes.

I've some sympathy for Pedro though. He clearly had his arm twisted to agree to the move.

Hazard on the other hand is a big-time Charlie whose ability far outstrips his maturity.
