Our Wakanda boys will rip them apart. Fear not.
I like that - I love how Wakanda immigrants have turned up:--
Sadio - the 'pure' one
Salah - the 'prayer'
Nabi - the 'prophet'
supplemented by - Shaqiri - 'the fair one'

Palace away is a fearsome atmosphere, particularly when it is their curtain-raiser at home. I'd much rather blood Fabinho in a nice home game (as was surely intended) rather than the cauldron of Selhurst park. I'd be tempted to go Hendo, Milner, Keita in midfield. That's a trio that will let nobody down.
Zaha fucking tortured AA in this fixture last season. If we know anything about Klopp it is that he always gives his players a shot at redemption, so I expect him to play, though part of me would like Clyne to get a run out. The rest picks itself.
Zaha isn't the smartest player in the world but shit he is not.Zaha is shit...
we will destroy the cunts...
Hodgson will choke to death on his Werthers
Great name. We need more LOTR posters - so we can set them on DB, Dantes and Modo etc !I think we'll see Henderson for this one. Fabinho is going to be eased in like Robertson and AOC last year. I'd say Henderson was brought on against West Ham over Fabinho in preperation for the Palace game. 3-0 Liverpool.

Klopp said from the start the Fabinho would take longer to get used to playing for us. Keita has come from Leipzig who play a high intensity game that is very similar to us in terms of the demands on midfielders, with quick transitions rather than slower build up. This is very well known, and it has been clear on the pitch in preseason that Keita immediately looked at home whilst Fabinho has looked considerably more uncertain.Keita hasn't been eased in...
Yeah i know ... been saying all week...big chance we will go down from top spot. No longer league winners.Annoying we have to wait til Monday
I watched the Fulham v CP game.
We really need to stop that left wing of theirs. Van Aanholt, Schlupp and Zaha are dangerous.
I trust Van Dijk to take care of Benteke.
Id love for us to play with an attacking lineup again but I think Klopp really should consider playing both Clyne and Fabinho this time. Why not play both TAA and Clyne? Clyne at RB and TAA at RCM like Milner?
I fucking HATE Monday night games. At the weekend the matches are all at reasonable times and I'm all on edge waiting for our game ...... then after the Sat & Sun games I have to wait to Monday night, with Monday games being 03.00 or 04.00 starts here.Annoying we have to wait til Monday
Solidity ? With Keita having amongst the best defensive (as well as offensive) midfielder stats for the past 2 seasons in the BL ? We won't lose anything with him in midfield in fact him and Fabinho should be a huge improvement on our midfield's defensive record last season. For some reason, I'm half tempted to take Keita out and give us a bit more solidity, but we don't want to lose that creative edge and the ability to carry the ball from the defensive third, into attack, through the middle of the team. I'm guessing Hendo or Fabs will start at DM, probably Hendo based on Klopp's caution with Fabinho..
I'd go with that idea, but something more along the lines of:
--------------Allison-------------------
Clyne---Gomez-VVD-Robertson
----------------Fabinho---------------
----Milner----------------Keita-------
-Salah--------Firmino------Mane---

I'd play your team too but believe Klopp will keep TAA at RB.
Well I didn't say he'd find it easy ... I said he's defensively strong so not a weak link in that regard. He's played one game in the Premiership, going away to tough hunting grounds is always generally a bit of a wake up call for new players. His defensive record in a completely different league is pretty irrelevant when he's learning about the league. But he's not playing the DM role and he'll probably have Henderson and Milner with him, so he's released a bit more and will have less defensive pressure put on him. If that's the case he should play, but let's not get carried away and think he's going to find every game easy while he's learning.
THIS team has never played on a Monday night.Don't we have a dreadful record in Monday night games?
Yeah, I fucking hate Monday nights. Titus Bramble scored against us on a Monday night. Nuff said.Don't we have a dreadful record in Monday night games?

Me too. Given Trent played well at the sharp end of the Chapmions League and top 4 grind last season, I don't understand this prolonged doubting of his ability to cut it against top attackers or in crunch games. Not understanding the love fest for Clyne over TAA at all for this. TAA has cemented his place in the team. Clyne has hardly played for several months, and didn't look the sharpest when he did. I think he switches off at times and can remember a few times players ghosted in at the back behind him to score. TAA all day for me. In the middle, Keita is first name on the team sheet. Milner will play too as adaptable. Most likely Henderson over an admittedly unlucky Wiljnaldum for this one. With our forward line, we will win this by a couple of goals comfortably.
