If it wasn't for his hat trick then he definitely would have done. If we didn't have a 2 goal cushion in the 96th minute I think he would have done also. Sterling did similar when attempting to get his hat trick vs Arsenal (except he missed) so he can hardly complain.

Suarez has been laying it on a plate for Sterling this season and they have a good bond, I think it will continue and you can begrudge the man from wanting to use the last kick of the game to get a hat trick!

Yep, agree with this. Also Suarez made the opportunity as well chasing that loose ball and body checking the defender. I think Sterling was pissed at not getting an opp to increase his goal tally rather than anything else.

I don't blame him for not passing, but the right thing to do in that situation is to pass and put it on a plate for Sterling. Every goal we get is important now, we need as good a goal difference as possible.

If it's reversed and Suarez is on a hat trick I think Sterling passes to him....but there's no way Suarez on a trick is passing that. Sturridge wouldn't have either.
