Peirera was dogshit today too. Terrible decision making. I really thought I was watching Watford or Burnley out there.

I dont normally pile on like this, just quietly enjoy the spectacle - but it's unbelievable how poor their squad is.

Pogba wasn't great, but he was playing further forward and I actually witnessed him making a number of selfless runs trying to open up space, and he played a couple of nice passes. I was watching him because I was so surprised to see the selfless running. He wasn't amazing, but he showed signs of occasional involvement. Fred on the other hand is head scratchingly bad. They've been completely conned. He makes the Bebe signing look like a wonderful bit of business. 60 million quid. What can he do? What's his game? I can't see anything.

The best bit was the late pressure from United, but they had no movement and were forced back, and then Lindelof smacked the ball 40 yards straight into touch.
The resigned despair from the crowd was lovely.
